Pre-Revenue startup company looking for VP Engineering to lead our development. Initial compensation is equity. You will essentially be a "co-founder" of the company.

We are in beta with a working protoype and very robust poduct roadmap. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the initial development effort and eventually take the lead in hiring and managing the tech team. Our site is built on RoR, so must have relevant experience, but also well versed in other technologies.
