We are looking for web savvy co-founder to take on the role of CTO in an “Ultra Light” Digital Media Start-Up. The company’s goal is to further transcend the way digital media is utilized by corporations, colleges & universities, school districts, and more. We need someone who is willing to be a “hands on” collaborator in building and designing this web solution. Input in regard to future features and staffing will also be a responsibility. We are based in Northern NJ but this role can be performed remotely.

Since we are a very early stage venture, this position will be solely equity based until additional funding is secured or revenue is generated (conservatively estimated at 6-9 months). Requirements for the position include broad and deep knowledge of website development, experience creating secure, fast and scalable websites, and ability and experience managing web projects/teams. Experience developing mobile and web 2.0 applications is a plus. The CTO should be interested in being part of a start-up beyond the point of site development.
