We're looking for a smart, driven, and hungry recruiter with a few years of recruiting experience and a passion for finding great candidates. The ideal candidate is currently employed at a respected recruiting agency.

Responsibilities:
You’ll join our fast-paced and high performance team and work out of our midtown, Manhattan office. You’ll be supported by our already well-established client acquisition and candidate sourcing operations and will be responsible for reaching out to, pitching, and screening candidates, managing the interview process from both ends, and closing deals.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years recruiting experience required. The ideal candidate is currently employed at a respected recruiting agency
- Ambition, Drive, and more Ambition
- BA/BS degree (preferably in a technical degree or from a top university)
- Experience cold-calling passive candidates and a desire to do so on a daily basis
- Knowledge of digital media and online advertising ecosystem a plus
- Ability to handle rejection with grace and persistence
- A passion for and desire to learn about sales, salespeople, and sales processes
- Superb organizational and time-management skills
- Nimble, effective team player
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of humor

Compensation: Competitive base + commissions; Year 1 on-target earnings of 100-120k
